Refund & Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund or exchange.  To be eligible, the item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and must be accompanied by your receipt.  There will be NO RETURNS on special-order items.  All items must be returned in the same condition they were purchased in. 

The money will be returned to your original payment method.  If you paid by check, we are unable to refund until 15 days after the date of purchase to allow the check to clear.  All purchases made by check with be refunded by cash or check at our sole discretion.

 

 Warranty Policy

 Apex Trailer Supply offers a 180-day limited replacement warranty on all products except for clearance.  In addition to our warranty, many of the items we sell are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.  Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use up to 180 days from the date of purchase. 

During the warranty period, Apex Trailer Supply will replace the product at no charge with the same or similar item.   Our warranty does not cover items that have been modified or altered in any way.  We will not warranty any items that have damage caused from any reason other than defects in material or workmanship. 

 

In Store Payment Methods

  • Cash
  • Check (There is a $40.00 charge for returned/bounced checks.)
  • Credit or Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express)

 

 

Tax Exempt Purchases

Apex Trailer Supply will allow tax exempt purchases if the customer fills out a complete Michigan Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption
