Apex Trailer Supply (“we,” “us,” or “our”) strives to provide reliable order fulfillment for our customers. Please review the details below before placing an order.
1. Online Orders Only

Only orders placed through our website are eligible for shipping.

We cannot accept phone, email, or in-person orders for shipment.

All other purchases must be made in-store or arranged for local pickup.
2. Local Pickup

Customers may choose local pickup for online orders.

Orders must be picked up within 15 business days of the order date.

A valid photo ID matching the pickup name on the order will be required.

Apex Trailer Supply is not responsible for orders left unclaimed beyond this period; unclaimed items may be returned to stock or canceled.
3. Shipping Policy

Orders placed online will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise specified.

Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; we are not liable for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect information.

Backorders are not allowed — only items currently in stock may be purchased online.
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, except where required by law or if the shipment is incorrect or defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on eligible returns (see our Return & Exchange Policy).
5. Order Modifications

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed for shipping.

If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately; we may only be able to cancel unprocessed orders.

We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
The version of the policy in effect at the time of purchase governs that transaction.
