Apex Trailer Supply – Payment Policy

Effective Date: January 19, 2026

This Payment Policy governs all transactions at Apex Trailer Supply, including in-store and online purchases. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

In-Store Purchases:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Cash

  • Checks

Online Purchases:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Google Pay

  • Apple Pay

  • PayPal

  • Klarna

  • Affirm

Note: Checks are not accepted for online orders.

2. Payment Timing

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase or when the order is placed online.

  • Online orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is successfully received and authorized.

3. Checks

  • Checks are accepted in-store only.

  • Refunds for check payments will be issued via cash or check after the check clears.

  • Same-day refunds may be possible if the check has not yet been deposited, but this is not guaranteed.

  • All returned or bad checks incur a $40 fee.

  • Apex Trailer Supply reserves the right to refuse any check that is returned or invalid.

4. Online Payments

  • Accepted online payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Affirm.

  • Orders cannot be modified or shipped until payment is successfully authorized.

5. Security

  • Apex Trailer Supply uses secure SSL encryption to protect all payment data.

  • We do not sell or share your financial information with third parties except as necessary to process payments.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

  • If a payment is declined or fails, we will contact the customer to resolve the issue.

  • Orders with unresolved payment issues may be canceled after 5 business days.

7. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued according to the Return & Exchange Policy.

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible.

  • For check payments, refunds follow the rules outlined in Section 3.

8. Policy Updates

  • Apex Trailer Supply reserves the right to update or modify this Payment Policy at any time without notice.

  • The version in effect at the time of purchase governs the transaction.
