Online Sales Return & Exchange Policy

Apex Trailer Supply (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to customer satisfaction. Our policy for returns and exchanges is described below.

This policy applies to domestic (United States) orders only. International orders are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.


1. Return Window

For eligible domestic orders, you may return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return requests made after this 30-day window may be denied at our discretion.


2. Eligible Items

All products are returnable unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

If a specific item’s description limits or prohibits returns, those terms apply.

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges, regardless of item type.


3. Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Include all original packaging, hardware, and accessories

We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue a partial refund if the item does not meet these conditions.


4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer for all approved domestic returns.
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning items, including shipping, handling, and any carrier fees.

Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable for returned orders, including original outbound shipping costs, except where required by law or as stated in the cancellation section below.

If a return is the result of our error (wrong item shipped or confirmed defective product), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.


5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your approved domestic return, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Refund processing typically takes 3–5 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible domestic orders only and are handled once the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges depend on product availability.

If the item you want is not in stock, you may choose a different product or receive a refund.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if the cancellation request is received before the order has shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled in accordance with this Return & Exchange Policy.

If an order is successfully canceled before shipment:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Any shipping charges paid at checkout will be refunded

International orders may not be canceled once placed.


8. How to Initiate a Return, Exchange, or Cancellation

To request a return, exchange, or cancellation for a domestic order:

  • Visit our website and go to the Contact Us form

  • Provide your order number, the item(s) involved, and your reason for return

We will respond with instructions or confirmation.

Returns sent without authorization or originating from outside the United States may be refused.


9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
The version of the policy in effect at the time of purchase governs your rights for that order.
