In Store Return Policy

In-Store Return & Exchange Policy

Effective Date: January 19, 2025

Apex Trailer Supply (“we,” “us,” or “our”) values our customers and strives to provide quality products. The following policy applies to in-store purchases only.


1. Return Window

Most in-store purchases may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Returns requested after 30 days may be denied at our discretion.


2. Proof of Purchase

A valid original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

Without proof of purchase, returns may be refused or, at our discretion, issued as store credit at the current selling price.


3. Eligible Items

All items are eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise stated at the time of sale or marked as non-returnable.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Special-order items

  • Clearance or closeout items

  • Electrical components once installed or powered

  • Items marked “Final Sale”


4. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

  • New, unused, and uninstalled

  • Free from damage, wear, or modification

  • Accompanied by all original packaging, hardware, and accessories

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.


5. Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, except as noted below for check payments.

Refund timing depends on the payment method and may take 3–5 business days for processing.


6. Payments Made by Check

For purchases paid by personal or business check:

  • Refunds are issued only after the check has fully cleared our bank, unless otherwise approved at our discretion

  • Same-day refunds may be issued if the check has not yet been deposited, but this is not guaranteed

  • Refunds will be made by cash or check, at our discretion

  • We reserve the right to delay or refuse a refund if the check has not cleared or is returned unpaid


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible items and are subject to product availability.

If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued in accordance with this policy.


8. Special Orders

Special-order items:

  • Require advance payment or deposit

  • Are non-cancelable once ordered

  • Are non-returnable unless defective


9. Defective or Incorrect Items

Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of purchase.

We may require inspection or manufacturer verification before issuing a refund or exchange.


10. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
The version of the policy in effect at the time of purchase governs that transaction.
